Designed to be savoured at a leisurely pace, it combines the freshness of breakfast with the heartiness of lunch in an unrivalled historic setting. It is the perfect excuse to get together, toast with fresh juice or coffee, and let yourself be carried away by the flavours of the island, from fresh fruit to savoury and sweet dishes, all in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.
The Menu
Flavours that wake up the day with local delicacies
Our brunch unfolds in three courses, like a little story to savour at your own pace. It begins with ‘Abriendo boca’, a selection of appetisers with bread, butter and jams that whet the appetite and mark the start of the experience. It continues with a culinary creation that varies according to the option chosen — standard, vegan or gluten-free — and which showcases local ingredients. To finish, you can choose a sweet tart or a special dessert that rounds off the experience on a high note.

Brunch is served on the ground floor of the hotel, in our function rooms: an indoor space bathed in natural light, with large windows opening onto the charming Patio Palmeras. The layout may vary depending on the availability of the rooms, but we always take care of every detail to make you feel at home in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
Information and Bookings
Brunch is served exclusively at weekends:
- Sundays from 11.30am to 1.30pm
- Adults: €26 per person. The only choice available is the cake on the standard and gluten-free menus.
- Children’s menu: €15 per person. Please specify this when making your booking and pay the amount on the day of your reservation.
