The menu
Verodes’ culinary offering takes you on a journey across the island, selecting the best of the sea and the land. Each dish reflects a renewed tradition, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that guarantee quality and authentic flavour. The menu offers a unique culinary experience that blends the essence of the Canary Islands with a contemporary touch. We also offer a set menu with three starters, three main courses and two desserts, always including a vegetarian option to cater for all tastes and preferences.
The space
Elegance in a historic setting
The Verodes dining room offers a distinguished and serene atmosphere, where the quality of the materials blends with contemporary design. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm atmosphere ideal for both a romantic dinner and a business lunch. From the terrace, you can admire the Patio Palmeras, a peaceful spot featuring a vertical garden of bejeques and verodes, two iconic plants that reflect the city’s identity and lend a unique touch to the restaurant.

You can also enjoy our gourmet breakfast buffet every morning, with a wide selection including fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats, pastries, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh juices and herbal teas, so that every guest can find something to their taste and start the day full of energy.
